    Rocky mountain—never had a problem…fast shipping

Croppin Paradise— never had a problem…fast shipping

4everscrappin— great preorders…one order took a REALLY long time due a mistake on thier part but they MORE than made up for it with lots of goodies….and were extremely apologetic. Would order again in a second.

scrapbook.com—WAY high shipping cost…orders come quickly, but I wont order from there because despite repeated requests by the community to do something about the shipping…they refuse to be competitive.

2peas— have never actually been able to order anything…and have tried several times and everything is ALWAYS out of stock…is it even a real store!!? ;)

Scrapsupply.com – Fast shipping, lots to choose from. I can’t say that I have never had a problem, but when I did it was corrected quickly.

I forgot scrap-tastic.com….SUPER fast shipping…I was shocked when it came …I didn’t even expect it for a few more days!

Creative Express…super fast shipping and great sales!

ScrapStreet…Great deals on kits, fast shipping

I too have tried to buy stuff on 2peas (awhile ago) and everything I selected was”sold out.” I don’t know if that’s changed at all with the new ownership, but I don’t even feel like trying.

Cropper’s Cottage — AWESOME communication, AWESOME product, AWESOME shipping….

2peas – I’ve bought from a few times. Always had good service but I admit they are sold out a lot.

Lifetime Moments – Always good experiences.

    Luv2Scrapbook – Always good

Kit Clubs: Poppy Ink, Scrapologie, Self-Addressed, Scrap-Room – all excellent, good service, good products

Little Red Scrapbook – had frequent problems w/ them

What was the site that had the big Heidi Swapp pre-order last year and it ended up being a disaster? That was a bad experience for me – I had to wait forever to get my money back for products I waited for 6 months to arrive and never did. I will never order from her again.

I’d like to shop at 2 peas, I really try. But the whole set-up is horrible. If I want to shop for chipboard letters, I do not want to scroll through 30 pages of each and every color of Heidi Swapp letters individually listed. The site is impossible to browse unless you know specifically what you are looking for. How hard would it be to list all of the HS Schizophrenic letters in one place and then have a drop down box for color? Other sites do it.

And that’s not even getting into the issue of stock. I think that has gotten marginally better under the new ownership but if you check, you will still see a lot of “sold out” messages. I do most of my online shopping at scrapbook.com but I would buy at 2 peas if they made the whole process better!

I would as well – as I think it’s only right to support a site I visit so much. I don’t think scrapbook.com is laid out much better – I am a huge fan of Lifetime Moments for that reason – how it’s laid out. It just works best for me.

I wish there was one online store that had everything I want in stock at the same time. I am pretty sure it’s never happened.

I have had good service at amillionlittlethings.com, though.
    I also like Stampattic.com

As far as 2peas go, they might consider taking the item completely offline when it’s out of stock, avoiding all those “sold-out” signs, which piss people off. It’s a big flippin tease otherwise.

I do a good deal of shopping online. My favorites are:

    scrapbookgoddess.com
+ HUGE inventory (I can usually always find older stuff that is out of stock everywhere else, but they also have all the latest and greatest.) Free shipping over $35. They are having a 25% off sale right now. Use code “summer”. I got some of the brand new Heidi stuff. Sah-weet :)

    - The site is difficult to navigate. They are in the process of making changes, which is a +

    amiliionlittlethings.com
+super fast shipping (free over $75). Latest and greatest. VERY nice owner.

    - Sells out of everything very quickly. Also I don’t like that she doesn’t keep a very large inventory. Just gets in the latest and greatest, sells it until the next show. Clearances out the old, then starts all over again. If that makes sense. Sometimes I want something that is old, ya know like from 4 months ago LOL.

    downmemorylaneco.com
+always had great experiences. Fast shipping. Free over $75. Lindsey Teague is on their dt and I love her stuff :)

-My only complaint is the site is ridiculously hard to navigate. They don’t have an option to list products by manufacturer. I almost stopped ordering from them because it is that difficult but they’ve always treated me right as a customer, so I just deal with it.

    linnecards.com
+LOVE this site. Lots of the latest and greatest and get this…free shipping over $20! Easy to navigate. I wish all sites were set up like this one. The owner is also super sweet. I’ve had a few questions and she responded very quickly.

    - Can’t think of one :)

    twopeas
    - I loved them for years and spent tons of money there. I would read about problems people had and think HUH? Then I had problem after problem with multiple orders. Never again. They just are way too hit or miss. It is either super fast wonderful service or horrible no one returns emails, phone calls, orders incorrect type of a thing.
-They ticked me off when for years they wouldn’t budge on shipping. Now they are running shipping promotions because they have to in order to stay competitive. But it is too little too late. No thanks.
-Too many other companies that I like better than to hassle with them. They could have been HUGE but they dropped the ball big time IMO. Too many people took their money and went somewhere else.

    I forgot one
    Lifetimemoments
+huge inventory. fast shipping. I’ve always had good experiences

-Sells out quickly, but I think that is because it is such a huge site. So it isn’t really that big of a negative.

I have ordered from and been pleased with:
    http://www.rockymountainhobbies.com
    http://www.justletmescrapbook.com
the above 2 places I have ordered things that I needed for a class I was teaching and they shipped it the next day and the items arrived in plenty of time for my class. I appreciate their customer service!
    http://www.lifetimemoments.com
    http://www.scrapgal.com
I have ordered from http://www.croppinparadise.com and twice it took well over a week and a half to arrive and I haven’t ordered from there again.

I have had serious problems with TwoPeas. I’ve given up completely on them.

A Cherry On Top is awesome. Their customer service is top notch and friendly, they have a good organizational system for browsing, good product selection, and very fast processing. I very rarely bother with anyone else these days.
